Obiter Research is a privately owned company. The owner, Bill Boulanger, started the business with chemistry research as a primary goal.  Obiter is a Latin word meaning "the way".  Most of our products and a great deal of our projects have been successfully executed by synthesizing compounds utilizing an internally developed new process and/or new intermediate compounds.  Our new "way" provides our customers with ongoing success.
